returns

• to be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at support@justowl.in with order details and clear photos of the product.

• products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

non-returnable items

• due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or minor variations in color/finish.

• accessories and items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.

refunds

• once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• if approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

• shipping charges are non-refundable.

exchanges

• exchanges are only possible if the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

• if the same item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

cancellations

• orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
